Aged 24 months in oak casks, it then ages in the bottle for several years.

Produced only with grapes from the three farms of Fonseca - Quinta de Santo António, Quinta do Cruzeiro and Quinta do Panascal - from a single harvest in a special year. The grapes are trodden on foot in stone wineries.
