The Serrano Mira family, one of the oldest in wine production, in the Alentejo region, cares for a wine heritage of 200 ha of vineyards aged between 20 and 60 years.
Made from the Portuguese flag grape, it aged in new French oak barrels and second year French and American oak barrels for 12 months, and was kept at rest for 16 months in the basement on the Alentejo estate.
In order to preserve all of its qualities, it has not been stabilized and can naturally create deposits.
