Palácio da Brejoeira is a light, fresh and aromatic wine that was subject to a staging in bottle of at least 6 months. It reveals a brilliant colour, straw, with citric reflexes, with intense but delicate fragrance of the chaste. When it is young – it has fragrances and tastes of quince and floral nuances, gaining with the time of bottle an almond-shaped character, with a complex, harmonious and persistent taste.
