Scala Coeli wine (which in Latin means "stairway to heaven") owes its name to the Santa Maria Scala Coeli Monastery, commonly known as the Carthusian Monastery, where the Carthusian monks remain silent and prayerful.
Obtained from the best vinifications of the harvest, using this grape variety that is less traditional in the region, age 1 year with fine lees, with periodic batonnage.
