Its name comes from "Flávius", ancient Roman village, that belonged to the land of Panoías. And its development accompanied the dynasties. It is in this village since 1952, in the Douro Demarcated Region, that the Favaios Cooperative Winery has become one of the largest and most recognized in the country in particular for the unmistakable quality of its Aperitivo and Moscatel de Favaios.
