Trincadeira / Aragonez / Alicante Bouschet / Old Vines Grapes after a maceration at low temperature (10 / 12ºC), ferment in stainless steel tanks. After the malolactic fermentation, the stage takes place in new and used French oak barrels, for a period of 12 months, until bottling. This wine is a selection that expresses the excellence of its terroir.
