Finely balanced, rich but with freshness, balance and elegance and a lingering finish. In a drier style than usual associated with Port Wine. The 2005 Vintage aged for 2 years in Balseiros and was bottled without any filtration or stabilization in April 2007. Quinta de la Rosa belongs to the Bergqvist family since 1906. It currently has 55 hectares of vineyards and produces annually about 50,000 liters of port and about 160,000 liters of table wines.
Quinta de la Rosa is located in the northern interior of Portugal at 100kms from Porto. It is located in the heart of the Alto Douro Wine Region.
