Trodden on foot, the fermentation lasts 4 to 5 days producing an excellent concentrated and extracted wine. In the nose, the aroma is intense, vigorous and spicy. Soft and silky texture, it is strong and has a good volume. The dense and thin tannins give it a good structure. Its perfect balance, persistence and fleshy quality make it a remarkable Vintage.
