The Serrano Mira family, one of the oldest in wine production in the Alentejo region, looks after a 200 ha vineyard heritage of vineyards aged between 20 and 60 years.
Made from the most famous portuguese grape variety, it aged in new French oak and second year French and American oak barrels for 12 months, and was kept at rest for 16 months in cellar.
To preserve all its qualities, it has not been stabilized and can naturally create a deposit.
