Loureiro
The wines of the Ameal are already mentioned in the old Tombo of the notary's office of the convent of Refóios do Lima, which was elaborated before 1710. The Quinta do Ameal wine is produced in this subregion of Lima, where the loureiro grape variety reaches a higher aromatic expression, characterized by freshness and youth.
Fermentation at low temperature (10 - 15ºC) for 12 to 15 days.
Maturation from 3 to 6 months in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
